Meet Rusty the Cocker Spaniel

Yesterday I met Rusty the Cocker Spaniel.

Rusty is a young male dog who has been showing some aggressive behaviours towards his family during his meals, when close to his toys and also when laying on his bed.

This type of issues are categorized as Resource Guarding and are no more than fear of losing stuff, thus the need protect those from other dogs and/or Humans.

We will be working together for the foreseeable future to increase the Trust between Rusty and his family and reduce his need to protect his items.

Thank you,

Dog Behaviourist Ricardo Ministro
