Payments and Cancellations

All payments must be complete during the booking process of any service provided by Connected Behaviour

• After Booking a service with Connected Behaviour, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellations are only accepted if the notice is given with more than 3 days prior to the scheduled service. Once a cancellation is accepted the client will be given another possible date for the service requested.

• If a Cancellation is requested within 3 days or less from the scheduled date, the client will not be given another possible date for the service, unless the service is fully paid and scheduled once again.
